Booking Appointment

a.  Call Phone Number : 02356-262632/33/34
b.Talk to Receptionist.
c.Inform the receptionist about your problem.
d.You can ask for specific doctor's appointment.
e.Get date and time of OPD, Diagnostic department or operation Theatre.
f.Provide the receptionist with patient name and contact number.

Confirming Appointment

b.Re-confirm appointment one day before..
c.If there is any change the hospital will send SMS & you can reschedule the appointment..

Travel Facility

a.   From Khed
  • - A Hospital Vehicle will be available at shivaji Chowk (Near ICICI Bank) every working day.
  • - The same vehicle will drop patients back at 1.00 P.M.
  • b. From Dabhil Naka
  • - If you are at Dabhil Naka, give call on 02356-262632/33/34.
  • - Hospital vehicle will be sent to bring you to the hospital.
  • - If Hospital vehicle is bussy with patient , the riksha will be availbale at nominal price to ferry you the hospital..
  • c. Camp Patients
  • - If camp is organised in the hospital, hospital vehicle will come at the village , Grampanchayat office to collect patient.

  • Registration

    a.   Once arriving at the hospital , the patient will have one time registration done. The information required will be,
  • - Full Name
  • - Address.
  • - Adharcard Number.
  • - Mobile Number.
  • b. After registration patient will be, sent to required OPD, Diagnostic Room or Rehab Room.

    Admission

    a.If you required admission, an Inpatient number will be generated.
    b.You will be given approximate estimation of your stay in the hospital.
    c.You are required to pay 50% of the above amount in advance.
    d.Emergency treatment & investigations will be carried out even without advance and bill will be generated once patient looked after.
    e.  You will be given bill on daily basis during your stay at the hospital and you are expected to pay on daily basis.

    Visiting Hours

    b. Visitors will not be allowed in critical care areas like casuality, ICU, Operation Theatre.
    b. Only on doctor's order visitors will allow in critical areas.
    a. General visiting hours,
  • Morning - 7:00 A.M to 8:00 A.M.
  • Afternoon - 10:30 A.M. To 1:30 P.M.
  • Evening - 6:30 P.M to 8:30 P.M

  • Guidelines for Relatives

    a.As per government guidelines not more than two relatives are allowed inside the hospital premices.
    b.At a time only one relative will be allowed to be with the patient.
    c.Health children from age of 12 and below should not be brought into the hospital premices except for camps and for immunisation.
    d.No Smoking tobaco chewing, spitting or spreading rubbish is not allowed in the hospital or hospital campus.
    e.Silence should be maintained in the hospital.
    f.Do not interfere or abstruct in working of hospital staff.
    g.You will be instructed about patient food requirement and those instruction should be follwed.
    h.All your suggestions will be taken on feedback form and will be added upon.
